Rated Establishments Permissions and Logos  To request permission to use Zagat Survey content and Brand Features for commercial purposes such as menus, advertising or Web sites, please visit our Permissions & Logos page to read our Permissions policy and fill out the Permissions Request Form. Zagat Survey Recognition Program Based on consumer opinion, Zagat guides are trusted around the world. If your establishment has been rated by Zagat Survey, you can display an official Zagat plaque to let your customers know that your establishment is one of a select few honored each year with a Zagat rating and review. To learn more about plaques, certificates and stickers, visit www.zagat.com/recognition. Participation in this program in no way affects your ratings, review or inclusion in any Zagat Survey guide. Zagat Survey, LLC is the only distributor of Zagat Survey plaques, stickers, reprints and other Zagat Survey branded materials. How To Get Rated To have an establishment considered for review, please send the restaurant's relevant information (name, address, press kit) to: Survey Research Zagat Survey 4 Columbus Circle, 3rd Floor New York, NY 10019 presskits@zagat.com Survey Guidelines Zagat Survey strives to summarize the honest opinions of the thousands of people who share their experiences with us. In turn, using this input, our guides are designed to provide consumers with trustworthy information, allowing them to make smart decisions about their dining, travel and other leisure activities. Zagat Survey's Content Creation Policy mandates the completely honest and objective gathering and compiling of our surveyors' ratings and reviews. The use of deceptive or unfair practices in an attempt to manipulate these ratings and reviews is a clear violation of this policy and may result in the removal of an establishment from Zagat Survey's publications. Unacceptable practices include, but are not limited to, the distribution of surveys by anyone other than an official Zagat Survey representative, encouragement of surveyors to vote a certain way, offering incentives or rewards for surveyors to vote for an establishment, and voting by establishment owners, employees or agents with respect to their own establishments. Besides violating this Zagat Survey policy, such conduct may constitute an actionable legal claim under many states' laws, including those of the State of New York. Zagat Survey Online Menus: How Your Establishment Can Participate Zagat Survey is proud to announce a new complimentary program that will allow our site visitors to access restaurant menus online. If your restaurant is already Zagat-Rated, or in the process of becoming rated, we strongly encourage you to submit your menu. Your participation is absolutely free, and could serve as another great marketing tool for your business. To participate, please send us a clear copy of your food menu(s) – e.g. dinner, lunch, breakfast, brunch – via e-mail, fax or mail:
Note: Currently we are accepting menus from New York City only. Soon we will be accepting menus from additional cities. Please make sure to include your restaurant name and address on your menu submissions. We realize your menu selection may change and we will be updating our online menus periodically. Visitors to Zagat.com now have the opportunity to browse photos of Zagat-Rated establishments online. If your restaurant is already Zagat-Rated, or in the process of becoming rated, we strongly encourage you to submit photos of your establishment. We can display up to 20 full-sized images of your property, and like the online menus program, participation is absolutely free. To participate, please submit clear digital images only – e.g. interior and exterior shots, celebrity chefs, star dishes – via e-mail or CD-ROM to:
